Would you like something completely different? Then choose a leather staircase! Together with Bertram Beerbaum, we decided to use coarse leather from the Indian water buffalo. This is a robust leather that can withstand a knock or two. You have to be able to walk over it, but at the same time also realise that this may leave signs of use. This is what gives the staircase a ‘worn’ look! You can combine it with blue steel to create a sturdy effect. Not only is it suited to modern interiors, it also works very well in more classic surroundings.
The leather in our Extremely collection is worn, rugged and robust. Colour variations and scratches give the leather character. Available in various colour schemes.
Our Brilliant collection is characterised by sumptuous leather that has a gentle and subtle shine. You can clearly see colour variations and a pronounced grain in this leather and it comes in a variety of colours.
Our Zero collection is characterised by the way it is manufactured. This leather is dyed using artisan and organic methods which allow it to retain its natural appearance.
All varieties of leather absorb sound and are fire-resistant and biologically degradable.
Cobra and Kaiman: two surprising leather patterns that can be combined with any leather decor from our Stoer Chique collection. Choosing them means making a real interior statement. Not a subtle addition to your interior, but a real eye-catcher. It is an absolute option for a staircase renovation for true interior lovers. If you choose these motifs in your leather stair covering, the beautiful relief pattern of the skin of a cobra or crocodile will be applied to it. This creates a natural pattern in the leather that is excellent for incorporating into your staircase in different atmospheres.
