Cloudy Cement is a light gray clouded decor with a nod to concrete. Real concrete is often cold, impractical and rough. This decor has the look of concrete but not these adverse properties. Cloudy Cement, on the contrary, is not rough at all and gives a warm feeling to the room. It is a smooth decor but is still non-slip thanks to the Upstairs Original top layer.
