We operate from the Staircampus, which is Upstairs’ knowledge, development and training centre, where everything related to staircase renovation comes together. It is home to our planning department, warehouses, customer service, showroom and back office.
This is where our staff are trained as staircase specialists, and it is also home to our own production facility – the only one of its kind in the world within the staircase renovation sector.
