1. Participants

– Only customers with an Upstairs staircase may take part as hosts or hostesses.
– Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

2. Dates & times

– The Open House Tour will take place on Saturday 28 March 2026.
– The standard opening hours are 10:00 – 16:00. Within this time slot, participants may arrange their own appointments with visitors.

3.

Remuneration – Participants receive €25 for every visitor who leaves their contact details.
– Participants receive €100 for every subsequent appointment with an advisor.
– Participants receive €250 if that appointment results in a sale.
- A total of €375 can be earned per staircase sold
.- Rewards are paid out after appointments have taken place and/or the purchase is
finalised.- The remuneration is paid via bank transfer within 30 days of
confirmation of the appointment/installation.- Providing non-existent, fabricated or incorrect customer details is not permitted. Upstairs reserves the right to verify submitted leads. If incorrect or fabricated details are found, remuneration may be forfeited and (further) payments may be withheld.

4. Visitors

– Visitors may come from the participant’s network or via Upstairs (social media, advertisements, etc.).
- Visitors coming via the participant will receive a discount voucher worth €500 on their visit.
 
5. Support from Upstairs

- Upstairs provides a promotional pack containing flyers, discount vouchers, a magazine and merchandise. -
Upstairs provides a HEMA gift card so that you can buy coffee and pastries yourself for the open house.
- Upstairs visits various locations and may drop by during the day, but cannot visit every location.

Participant’s responsibilities - The participant is responsible for opening the property and welcoming visitors. -
The participant remains responsible for their property and belongings during the open house. - Upstairs is not liable for damage, loss or theft.
 
7. Clients &

follow-up - Upstairs records all appointments
.- Clients introduced by the host/hostess are followed up by Upstairs. The participant does not need to take any action in this regard.

8. Liability

Upstairs accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage occurring during the open house event.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.

9. Publication of

address details – During the Open House Route, the addresses of the participating properties will be published on the website upstairs.com so that visitors know where to go.
– By registering, participants explicitly consent to the publication of their address details for the purposes of the Open House Route.
- The addresses will be used exclusively in the context of the Open House Route and not for any other commercial purposes.

10. Changes / cancellation

- Upstairs reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion or to cancel the promotion
