Once we’ve received your application, we’ll contact you by phone. We’ll explain how we work and, if you’d like, arrange a home consultation with one of our advisors.
 

Our advisor:
 

• We’ll explore the collections and options with you
• Take precise measurements of your staircase
• Discuss your requirements in detail
• Calculate the price immediately, accurate to the penny
   

That way, you’ll know exactly where you stand.

Have you chosen your dream staircase? If so, we’ll arrange a date for the installation.

You will receive a confirmation, and we will get in touch with you again around three weeks before installation. In the meantime, your steps will be prepared in our own production facility. Everything is made to measure. Everything is tailored down to the last detail.

Our technicians arrive in the morning and get straight to work.
 

• All sawing work is carried out outdoors in a special marquee
• Each step is re-measured and cut to size
• The steps are firmly bonded using our sound-absorbing foam adhesive
• Everything is finished to a high standard and left tidy
   

Your staircase will usually be completely refurbished within a day.

Once the event is over, you will receive:
 

• A warranty certificate
• Lifetime warranty on both the product and installation
• A maintenance kit
